If you need to change your delivery address after completing your order, here's what you can do:
Contact us at email@example.com to inform us of the changes you'd like to make to your order.
Please be aware that orders are processed promptly, and we cannot always guarantee that a change of delivery address can be accommodated.
In general, if the provided delivery address cannot be located or if the shipment cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be returned to the roastery or manufacturer.
Once the shipment has been returned and checked, we can take one of the following actions:
- Enter a new delivery address as per your request.
- If preferred, arrange for a credit to be issued to the original payment method.
