Typically, the postal service will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor or schedule a redelivery for the following day. On occasion, the package may be held at a nearby branch for pickup, allowing you seven days to collect it. If it isn't retrieved within that time frame, the shipment is returned to the roaster.

Following this, based on the reason for the unsuccessful delivery, we can either arrange for a reshipment or refund the amount to the original payment method.
